At Cabinets by Graber we appreciate the potential opportunity to serve you. The custom cabinet design and build process is a smooth and simple process. You will have a dedicated team working together to make your dreams a reality. With your own
customer login you will be directly linked you to your team keeping you informed throughout your custom cabinetry experience. Our goal is to serve your needs and make this a unique and interactive experience.
Your designer works together with you on design, selections of woods, finishes, door styles, accessories, etc. Start by keeping a dream file. Every time you see something you like, tear out the page, circle what it is you like in the photo and place it in your file. This will help your designer understand your style and preferences. If you have an interior designer, builder, a remodeling company, Certified Kitchen Designer
CKD, Certified Bath Designer
CBD or any other design professional they will most likely have already completed this process with you.
Choose your wood, door style, finishes, color(s) and accessories.
Once your design is complete and you are ready to order your cabinets you will endorse the agreement and place a 50% deposit.
Please provide the following items at this time:
- Desired Delivery Date
- Endorsed Agreement
- Deposit
- Appliances- Manufacturer & model numbers
- Sinks-Manufacturer & model numbers
- All accessory selections to be made
Delivery dates will be affected by changes made after final approval.
Done by Cabinets By Graber representative. Once the final framing configuration is in place, a CBG representative will come to your home for an exact measure.
It will be a minimum of 2-4 weeks to receive your first set of production drawings (larger jobs will take longer). Our layout team will create CAD production drawings fine-tuned to the field measure we have done and appliance specifications you have provided. These drawings will go to the shop and your cabinets will be constructed from them. It is critical that you respond to questions from the layout team in a timely manner or your delivery date will be affected. Please make sure we have a daytime phone or email from you.
You will review and approve your final shop drawings. All changes must be made before your cabinets go into production. Expect your cabinets to be delivered 4-6 weeks from your last revision. Once your custom cabinet order is being constructed in the shop, any changes made will result in additional cost and a delayed delivery date.
Once the drawings go into the shop, it is usually just a few weeks before the cabinets are constructed and ready for delivery. |

Someone from Cabinets By Graber will contact you to arrange your delivery date and time. The majority of the time your custom cabinets will be delivered in a blanket wrapped in a Cabinets by Graber truck. You will pay the remaining 50% upon delivery.
Typically your contractor/builder will have an installer they prefer to use. If you need a local referral, we will share any contractors names we have worked with in the past in your area. On occassion we have requests to bring our team to do an installation.
Our goal is to make this process as easy and interactive for you as possible!
